The goal of any real estate ad is to get quick results! But it comes down to more than just building a web page and hoping potential buyers will come to see it. I was approached to quickly design a web site geared at making a quick "for sale by owner" sale. The client provided me with complete details and pictures and left me at liberty to produce an easy to read, yet very informative set of pages. In addition, this project required "getting the word out" via Internet marketing and conventional advertising. Potential buyers who visited the site often remarked that they enjoyed the layout of the site. I'm happy to report that the home sold within a matter of a few months while other homes in the same area (without web sites) still remain for sale or have been handed over to realtor.
